Informant Protection Policies

1. We guarantee to take strict management and control over the complaint/reporting channels according to TUL information protection system. The personnel receiving and processing reporting have signed NDAs, will strictly obey related working regulations, and will keep utmost confidentiality for you and the information you provide.

2. We will firmly defend the rights of the informant. We object to any form of retaliation. If you sustain any form or degree of retaliation, please immediately feedback to us. The company will investigate liabilities of the retaliator; cases violating criminal laws will be transferred to judicial authorities.
